I cannot fault Ricardo at NCR Vans, why can't all vehicle sales people be like him, there is no hidden agendas just so he can make a sale he wants his customers to be satisfied and he even gives you a call a week or so afterwards to check if everything is OK with your new vehicle and your happy and satisfied, all the paperwork explained ie logbook etc, keep everything the same Ricardo dont change one thing

Hi bought a vw crafter the other day from ncr van sale Ltd. (Ricardo) Absolutely amazing service from Ricardo very very nice guy. I reserve the vehicle through Autotrader which was really nice and no one could get it before me. I made my appointment with Ricardo which I had no stress. I was late to the appointment but how kind Ricardo was he waited for me without any hesitation. I got to the van Ricardo showed me the van and it was even better how it was described.I got 7 months warranty with the claim claim of the van which made me really really stressed free. Definitely will be back for my next van.
